A REFLECTION EVERY MONDAY With Plus, FeelJourney writes a short reflection based on last week's entries: what stood out, which patterns repeated and one or two small, concrete things to try. It is based only on what you logged, with no filler and no lectures. If the same pattern continues, it says so instead of repeating itself. YOURS, ON YOUR PHONE No account and no cloud. Your entries stay on your device. Only when you ask for a reflection is a summary of last week sent, and it is deleted within 8 days.
