If you don't buy, nothing is taken away: everyone you added stays there to see, call, text and back up. No account. No cloud. Nothing is ever sent anywhere, because there is nowhere to send it. ContactLogic works in airplane mode, permanently, and will go on working whatever happens to any company — including this one. START FROM YOUR IPHONE CONTACTS Bring in just the people you choose, or everyone, and decide which details come with them — phones, emails, birthdays, addresses, where they work. Anyone already here is spotted so they aren't added twice. Each imported contact is marked TO FINISH until you have made it yours: the relationships, dates and notes your phone never kept. MORE THAN A NAME AND A NUMBER • Relationships that know both ends. Say Jessica is Rhonda's daughter once, and Rhonda gains a daughter. • Employment over time, with titles and dates. A company's page lists everyone who works there. • Notes as a running log, each one dated, newest first — so you can see when you learned something, not just that you did. • Addresses with the years someone lived there. • Phones, emails and social handles, each labelled. • A home screen of faces you arrange yourself: long-press and drag. DATES IT WORKS OUT FOR YOU Birthdays, anniversaries, work anniversaries and the people you are overdue to call, in one feed, with the milestone each one reaches. Every birthday shows how long until the next one. Set how often you mean to be in touch with someone and the app keeps track quietly. PARTIAL DATES ARE FINE A birthday with no year. A year with no day. ContactLogic says "about 40" rather than refusing to answer, because that is how people actually remember things. IT REMEMBERS PEOPLE WHO ARE GONE A contact who has died keeps their record, their dates and their place among the family. Their birthday becomes a remembrance rather than disappearing. Nothing is deleted because someone died. BACKUPS YOU CONTROL One file with everything in it, including photos, sent wherever you like — Files, Mail, AirDrop.
