Alert Cards puts your own communication card on your iPhone and Apple Watch. In a busy shop, on the bus, at the airport, at the doctor's or with the police, show it in two seconds and let the other person read what you need.
It is made for autistic people and anyone with a hidden disability: ADHD, deafness, epilepsy, anxiety, Tourette's and more. Parents and carers can set up a card for someone else.
YOUR CARD, YOUR WORDS
• A short statement for the other person on top, and "what helps" underneath.
• Start from a template for autism, ADHD, deafness, epilepsy or anxiety, or a blank card. Every word is yours to change.
• Add an emergency contact they can call with one tap.
• Assistance dog panel: your dog's name and photo, what they do, a "please don't pet or distract" note, emergency commands, and who looks after the dog if you need hospital care.
HAND IT OVER
• Full screen, large text, and the screen stays awake.
• Read aloud: the phone speaks your card for you.
• Reply keyboard: the other person can type back in large text. Nothing is saved.

• Travelling? Tap Translate to show it in any language Apple Translation supports. It translates on your iPhone, so your card never leaves it.
