Run PDFs, images, videos, music and websites from one playlist, organized in folders. Choose your audience display or share its window in a video meeting.
Presentii brings your whole event into one playlist. Build an event playlist with PDFs, images, videos, music and websites, and group it into folders for each session. Show the audience view full screen on a chosen display or in a window you can share in a video meeting, while you control the show from the presenter view.
ONE PLAYLIST FOR THE WHOLE EVENT
Arrange your items in order, group them into folders, add speaker notes, and choose an image, black screen or direct transition between items. PDF slides have a current-slide preview, next-slide preview and thumbnail strip. Animated GIFs play in the audience view. Videos can start automatically or wait for your click. After jumping to another item, return to the previous one at the same slide, video position or track.
MUSIC FOR WALK-INS AND BREAKS
Combine audio files into one playlist item with its own background image. Tracks play in order, the total duration is shown, and the playlist can loop until you move on. MP3, M4A, AAC, WAV, AIFF and FLAC files are supported.
CHOOSE YOUR OUTPUT
Choose the presenter and audience displays separately. The audience view can also open as its own window for Teams, Zoom or Meet. Identify displays by number before the show and use the keyboard or a presentation clicker to advance. Choose an audio output for playlist videos and music; website audio uses the Mac's system output. Rehearse a video in a separate preview window, with sound off until you choose an output.
SHOW WEBSITES
Add an http or https address to the playlist. The page loads in the app when presented and needs an internet connection. Website content and sign-in behaviour depend on the site you choose. Google Slides edit links show the editor; Google's presenter view and speaker notes do not sync to Presentii.
SAVE YOUR SETUP
Save a project with its playlist, folders, notes and holding image, then reopen it for the next event. Local PDFs, images, videos and audio files stay on your Mac. No Oclin account, ads or in-app analytics.
Keynote and PowerPoint files cannot be added directly in this version. Export them as PDF, image or video first. PDFs are shown as still pages; embedded PDF video, audio, animations and transitions are not played.
Requires macOS 26 or later.
Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
Music for walk-ins and breaks: combine audio files into one playlist item with its own background image. See the total duration, skip between tracks and loop the playlist until you move on.
Folders: group playlist items by session. Folders keep the playback order and can be collapsed, renamed or ungrouped.
Return to the previous item: after jumping ahead, go back to the same slide, video position or track.
Video preview: rehearse a video in a separate window, with sound off until you choose an audio output.
Playlist music uses the audio output you choose, and this update includes many reliability fixes. Projects that use folders or music need this version of Presentii.
