Review your heart-rate history in the context of everyday activities and personal notes. Heart Journey reads existing heart-rate samples from Apple Health for a time range you choose. Explore measurement points, an optional smoothed curve and sampling reports, then add your own notes to remember the context. You do not need to start the app before an activity. • Import historical heart-rate readings for up to 24 hours, including ranges across midnight. • Select a single data source and inspect sample averages, recorded peaks and sampling gaps. • Add personal moments and notes to your timeline. • Optionally select calendar events as reservations for later import. Reservations do not start measurements or send reminders. • No account, ads or analytics tracking. Journeys stay on your device. The free version saves up to three journeys at a time, including synthetic demos. Deleting a journey frees a slot. One lifetime purchase unlocks unlimited saved journeys, with no automatic renewal. Restore Purchases is available in Settings. Calendar reservations do not count toward the limit. Real imports require available heart-rate samples in Apple Health and your read permission. Sampling density and sync timing vary by Apple Watch and other data sources. Heart Journey does not measure heart rate, guarantee continuous readings, infer emotions or provide medical diagnosis.
