Feeds used to have a bottom. You scrolled, you caught up, you put the phone down. Now they never run out and you're losing precious time staring at a screen, scrolling. Scrolled puts the bottom back.
With Scrolled you keep the apps and lose the endless part. Pick how many clips you get a day. Once you've watched them, Reels, Shorts and For You stop until tomorrow, while your DMs, friends, stories and profile keep working.
How it works
• Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Reddit and X run inside Scrolled, signed in to your own accounts.
• You set a daily clip limit, and a thin bar at the top shows how much is left.
• When it runs out, the feed shows "All caught up" instead of another video.
• The real apps are blocked through Apple's Screen Time and send you back to Scrolled, where the feed still ends.
• Need the real app for something? Unlock it for 1 to 5 minutes and it locks again after.
Sticking to it
• Hard mode makes turning blocking off take a full day.
• Your limit can go down any time but only up once a week, so it can't slowly creep back.
• A daily streak, plus a running count of the hours you've taken back.

Scrolled has no accounts nor servers. You sign in to each site directly, and your limit, answers and stats stay on your phone.
