AI English Coach is a speaking-practice app for adult learners of English: each day you read a short passage, listen to it in an AI teacher's voice, then answer, retell and chat about it in English. No partner to book and no one to judge your mistakes. Just open the app and start talking.
Please note: the app's interface is in Simplified Chinese.
A DAILY MISSION
The full Standard mission takes up to about 30 minutes a day (you pick the length) and walks you from understanding to speaking:
• Read: a short passage on an everyday topic. Passages come in three lengths (short, medium and full). By default you start short and they grow as reading gets easier. Tap any word to see what it means.
• Listen: hear the whole passage in the AI teacher voice you picked, slower or faster.
• Understand: answer a few questions about it out loud, in English.
• Retell: retell the passage in your own words, without looking.
• Talk: a real-time voice conversation with the AI teacher about the topic. The teacher gently points out important mistakes and sometimes asks you to try again.
• Review: practice today's mistakes one more time.
6 TEACHER VOICES
American and British accents, male and female voices, from calm and clear to lively and upbeat. The voice you choose is used both in conversation and for reading passages aloud.
A REPORT AFTER EVERY SESSION
See how many minutes you spoke and how many sentences you said, which words you are starting to use, what to watch in your grammar, and which phrases could sound more natural.

• Words you can say, words you are starting to say and words you understand, counted separately
• Grammar weak spots and speaking stats (speaking time, pace and more)
• A learning calendar and a weekly summary
• Words you have met and used come back in later missions at spaced intervals, so the ones you understand become ones you can say
FREE AND STANDARD
The free plan includes 10 minutes of AI voice practice a day (reading and comprehension are not limited) and a simplified report. Standard unlocks the full daily mission (30 minutes of AI voice practice a day), the full report and the full language profile. Choose a monthly or a yearly plan.
SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS
• Standard is an auto-renewable subscription, billed monthly or yearly. The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers (as shown on the purchase screen).
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew in your Apple Account settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
GOOD TO KNOW
• The teacher is an AI, not a person or a certified teacher, and its explanations and corrections can be wrong. The level the app shows is an estimate used to plan your lessons, not an official certification.
• While you practice, your speech is processed in real time by third-party AI services. Recordings are not stored by default. See the Privacy Policy for details.
• Requires an internet connection and microphone access. For users aged 18 and over.
• Sign in with Apple, or with a one-time code sent to your email.

- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
· More reliable voice: brief network hiccups are retried automatically, so one failed recognition no longer switches the whole lesson to typing.
· If speech recognition is briefly unavailable, the mic turns back on automatically when it recovers, or tap “Retry voice” to try again.
· Over 100 new reading passages and new topics such as food, sports, history, psychology and movies.
· More accurate scoring of comprehension answers.
