Goodnight Town helps you go to bed and wake up on a schedule you choose. Set a bedtime and a wake time, put the phone down, and keep showing up. The town and its buildings are a small reward for sticking with it — not the point.
If you scroll until dawn, sleep in fragments, or keep breaking your routine, start tonight with one lighter habit.
Three steps:
1) Set a bedtime and a wake time you can actually keep.
2) Open the app before bedtime, finish the wind-down, and start sleep guard.
3) Shake the phone before your wake time and see that you made it through the night.
Sleep well:
• Leave the app to scroll and the guard stops, so picking the phone back up has a visible cost
• White noise and a dim night screen
• Friends can cheer you on
• Apple Health and Apple Watch show deep, REM, core, and awake stages. Without a watch, only real time asleep is recorded
