This update brings customer enquiries to the app, plus many improvements to invoices, web orders and products: • Customer enquiries: reply to your online-shop customers right from the app, with live new-message alerts, @mentions, product cards, emoji, files, quick replies, a customer profile panel and reorder reminders. Optional AI reply suggestions ask for your consent before first use and can be turned off in Settings. • Web orders: a badge on the Orders tab for pending web orders, tap to call the customer or open the address in Maps, and contact the customer from the order. • Sales invoices: a pick and delivery summary, colour-coded invoice types, pallet counts on pick lists, last price and retail price shown while editing, and a wider iPad editor. • Products: total stock across warehouses on every row (tap for the breakdown) and purchase cost history on each product. • Fixes for iPad sheets and the number keypad, receipts that skip the unit price when the quantity is 1, and many smaller improvements.

This update adds sales invoices, web orders and product management: • Sales invoices: create and edit invoices, take payments, print A4 invoices and pick lists, share or export PDFs, and see today's sales report and cash-up. • Web orders: review and process online-shop orders, with live alerts for new orders and conversion to invoices. • Product management: search and filter products; update prices, stock, locations, images, variations and suppliers; view price history and best sellers. • AI photo recognition: when creating a product, photograph the item or box label to fill in its name, barcode and spec (you're asked for consent before first use, and can turn it off in Settings). • Checkout: all extra actions fit on one screen, more reliable barcode confirmation, and smoother held-order and collection flows. • Real-time sync: orders, invoices and product changes update across devices instantly. • iPad: products and invoices use a split, list-and-detail layout. • Many fixes for stability and keyboard input.
