Start the cost ticker mid-meeting: on iPhone, iPad or right on your wrist. Get alerted when the cost limit is reached, even with your device locked. Every meeting costs money, but almost nobody sees that while it's happening. MeetingCostTicker shows the running cost of your current meeting: attendee count × cost per person per hour × elapsed time. FEATURES • Start the live cost with one tap, no laptop needed: pick the number of people, done • Lock Screen and Dynamic Island: elapsed time, cost per minute and when your cost limit will be reached • Cost threshold and calendar overrun alerts, even with your iPhone locked • Apple Watch: start a meeting on your wrist, haptic alert, complication on your watch face • Calendar: suggests the attendee count of the current event • Start with Siri, Shortcuts, the Action button or Control Center • Different hourly rates in one meeting and templates for recurring meetings • Settings with saved roles and hourly rates, synced to your devices via iCloud • Cost forecast: what the event is likely to cost, even before you start • Large display for the meeting room and screen sharing • Template per event series: your weekly meeting always starts with the right rates • When someone joins or leaves, the new rate counts from that moment on • Add external participants with their own rate in seconds • Reminder when a calendar event starts or a few minutes before, for the calendars you choose, start the ticker with one tap • Weekly budget with alert, and your most expensive meetings by title • Hourly rate calculator from monthly or annual gross salary plus employer on-costs and overhead • History with totals, chart and editing; report as PDF or text, CSV export • Cost of the whole recurring meeting for the next 12 months • Week preview from your calendar and a year in review as an image • Forgot to start? New in 1.3: • Now free: ticker, number of people and price per person cost nothing. Unlock everything else once. If you already bought the app, you keep everything. • What does the whole recurring meeting cost? The calendar card shows the cost for the next 12 months. • Week preview: what this week's and next week's meetings cost according to your calendar. • Forgot to start? “Already running?” starts retroactively, e.g. from the event start. • After the meeting: person-hours and the question “Was it worth it?”. • Year in review “Your meeting year”, as an image to share. • Before spontaneous meetings: the cost of 15, 30 and 45 minutes and 1 hour. Thanks for using MeetingCostTicker!
