Payee Ledger helps individual and family representative payees keep clear, organized records of benefit money received, expenses paid, supporting documents, and balances saved. RECORD THE MONEY FLOW Add benefit deposits and expenses in seconds. Categorize expenses, add a merchant or payee, record the payment method, and keep notes that make sense later. KEEP PROOF WITH THE RECORD Scan a receipt or supporting document with your iPhone camera, or import an existing PDF from Files. Open the document again directly from the ledger entry when you need it. SEE WHAT IS RECORDED Review a running balance, monthly amounts received and spent, and expenses that do not yet have a supporting attachment. RECONCILE WITHOUT SHARING BANK CREDENTIALS Payee Ledger Pro lets you compare your recorded balance with a bank-statement balance you enter yourself. The app never asks for online-banking credentials. CREATE USEFUL EXPORTS Export a CSV for your own records. Pro users can create an evidence-packet PDF containing the ledger summary, reconciliations, and the supporting PDFs attached to the selected period. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Version 1 requires no Payee Ledger account, includes no advertising or analytics SDK, and uses no developer-hosted ledger database. Your app records stay on the device unless you intentionally export or back them up. Optional Face ID or device-passcode protection adds another local access control. FREE CORE, ONE-TIME PRO The free version includes one beneficiary, unlimited ledger entries, document attachments, CSV export, backup/restore, reminders, and device lock. Payee Ledger Pro is a one-time purchase that adds multiple beneficiaries, reconciliation, and evidence-packet PDFs. Payee Ledger is an independent recordkeeping tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by the U.S. Social Security Administration or another government agency. It does not determine benefit eligibility, approve expenditures, submit reports to SSA, or provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, benefits, or fiduciary advice.
