Place, approve and deliver daily supply orders in one clear flow, for suppliers, their customers and drivers. Now on iPhone and iPad. No adverts, no tracking. SmarterSupply is the app a supplier uses to run daily supply orders with its customers and drivers. It replaces phone calls, texts and paper notes with one clear order. Accounts are set up by your supplier, so there is nothing to register. Sign in with the details you were given. FOR CUSTOMERS - See the products your supplier offers, with your own prices and any current offers. - Place an order for the next open delivery date before the cut-off, and change or cancel it until the order closes. - Order again in one tap by repeating an earlier order. - Order from more than one supplier, and for each of your delivery sites, from one login. - Follow each order from placed to approved to delivered, and see when you are next on the driver's run. - Items sold by weight are charged on what was actually weighed. - Look back at your order history, invoices and delivery notes. FOR SUPPLIER STAFF - See everything ordered for a day, by product or by customer. - Review orders that closed, adjust quantities and weights, and approve or cancel them. - Download the delivery note once an order is approved. - Look up your customers and their details. FOR DRIVERS - Open today's run and work through the stops in the order your supplier planned, with "Stop 2 of 8" always in view. - Tap Navigate for turn-by-turn directions to the next stop in Apple Maps or Google Maps. - Record what was actually delivered, change quantities if you are short, and add a comment. - Keep going when the signal drops: deliveries recorded offline are sent when you are back online. BUILT FOR IPHONE AND IPAD - On iPad, lists and details sit side by side: pick an order, a customer or a stop and see it alongside the list. - Customers see the basket next to the products while they order. - Works upright or sideways, and in Split View next to another app. PRIVATE BY DESIGN - No adverts and no tracking. - The app never asks for your location or contacts. - Sign in with a password, and optionally unlock with Face ID or Touch ID. The biometric check stays on your device. - Your data is stored in the UK. You can read the privacy policy from the About me screen. To have your data deleted, ask your supplier or use the contact address on the privacy policy.
