Log your baby's sleep with one tap, even at 3 a.m. Feeding, diapers, WHO growth curves, sleep sounds and a safe sleep guide in one calm, ad-free app. Nevami Sleep is a simple sleep log for parents of babies aged 0 to 24 months. It is built to be used at 3 a.m., with one hand, half asleep. ONE-TAP LOGGING The main screen has a single large button: Asleep / Awake. Tap it and a timer starts. Tap again and the record is saved. No menus, no forms, nothing to think about. ADD IT LATER Forgot to log a nap? It happens. Pick a start and end time and add the sleep afterwards. You can edit or delete any record, and deletion can be undone. NIGHT WAKINGS AND NOTES Mark each night waking separately. Add a short note or tag when it helps: teething, illness, travel, a new place. Over time you will see what tends to go with what. GROWTH TRACKING (WHO) Enter weight, length and head circumference to see percentiles and z-scores based on the WHO Child Growth Standards, with your baby's line on the curves. Weight-for-length, BMI and the WHO growth velocity standards are included too. For premature babies, calculations use corrected age until 24 months. Everything is calculated on your device. FEEDING AND DIAPERS Log breastfeeding (left/right, duration), bottles (ml, breast milk or formula), solids and diapers (wet/dirty); see the day at a glance and how long since the last feed. For dirty diapers you can pick the stool color; for colors worth showing a doctor, you see a calm note. SLEEP SOUNDS White, pink and brown noise, shush, heartbeat, womb and rain are free. Premium adds four lullabies, nature sounds (thunder, ocean waves, wind, stream, fireplace, crickets) and a fan, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, car ride and train. When the timer ends the sound fades out slowly; it keeps playing with the screen locked and needs no internet. VACCINE SCHEDULE For babies living in Türkiye, vaccine dates are counted from the birth date using the national schedule. Tick what has been given and get a reminder 3 days before the next visit. Your ticks stay on your device. DEVELOPMENT PHASES AND COMMON QUESTIONS Common phases such as the months when sleep structure changes, separation anxiety and nap transitions appear on Today based on your baby's age. Short, calm answers to the questions that come up at night are in the Guide too. OFFLINE FIRST Everything is written to your device first. You can log, edit and review without a connection. When you are back online, your data syncs to your account. If you would rather not create an account, you can use the app as a guest. 23 LANGUAGES Choose from 23 app languages in Profile. Time formats follow your region.
