Stillroom: Album Player
Photo slideshows on your TV
Only for Apple TV
Free
Apple TV
Make room for your memories.
Stillroom turns your Apple TV into a slideshow of your favorite photo albums. Revisit a holiday, watch your family grow, or let your photography fill the room.
YOUR WHOLE ALBUM
Play complete albums from iCloud Photos, including photos that aren't already stored on your Apple TV. Stillroom loads photos as you watch, so even large albums get their time on screen.
SET YOUR OWN PACE
Play in album order or shuffle things up. Choose how long each photo stays on screen, loop your slideshow, and pause or move between photos with the Siri Remote.
GIVE PORTRAITS THEIR SPACE
Choose from five styles for vertical photos: a soft blurred background, a slow pan, a smart crop, two photos side by side, or simple black bars.
PICK UP WHERE YOU LEFT OFF
Recently Played keeps your albums close and remembers your place, including your shuffle order. Add Stillroom to the top row of your Apple TV Home screen to reach recent albums from Top Shelf.
STRAIGHT FROM YOUR PHOTO LIBRARY
Browse your albums and folders without exporting photos or keeping a phone or computer running. Stillroom reads photos through Apple's Photos framework and doesn't save its own copies of your images.
REQUIREMENTS
• Apple TV with tvOS 18 or later.
• iCloud Photos enabled and permission to access your photo library.
• An internet connection to load photos stored only in iCloud.
Stillroom plays still photos from regular Photos albums. Live Photos appear as still images. Videos, music, Shared Albums, and smart albums such as Favorites are not supported.
