SeatLayer is the organizer app for events that sell with SeatLayer. It puts the door, the box office and your live sales on your phone or tablet.
THE DOOR
• Scan tickets in under a second, with a clear In, Already in or Not tonight
• A different sound and vibration for each result, even on a silent phone
• Keeps scanning with no signal. Check-ins are sent the moment signal returns
• Find a guest by name, seat or order number when a QR code won't scan
• Door passes: give door staff a QR code and they can scan, with no account. Switch it off any time
THE BOX OFFICE
• Sell tickets and seats at the counter
• Take cash, card terminal, bank transfer or complimentary
• See the change to give before you hand it over
• Find any order and print or email the tickets again
LIVE SALES
• Sold, money taken and people in the room, as it happens
• Every ticket type with how much is left
• Pause and resume sales
• Refund or cancel an order
YOUR TEAM
• Invite admins, designers and box office staff by email
• Box office staff see only the counter and the door
