YOUR EVENT IN YOUR POCKET
• Gross sales, tickets sold and check-ins, updated live
• Sales curve for the last 30 days and hour by hour on event day
• Ticket types with stock left, latest orders and average order
• Orders with search, filters and one-tap resend of tickets
• Full attendee list with manual check-in and undo
THE OFFICIAL TICKET SCANNER
• Scans the rotating QR code from BigPass tickets in a fraction of a second
• Clear full-screen result: admitted, already used, wrong event, cancelled
• Sound and vibration so staff never needs to look twice
• Type the ticket PIN or number when a screen is cracked
• Works offline: the attendee list is cached and entries sync when you're back online
• Gates, "check only" mode and session counters for big venues
DOOR STAFF
Invite your team from the web dashboard; they sign in here and only see the scanner.
BigPass Backstage requires a BigPass organizer or staff account. Fans buy and keep tickets in the BigPass app.
Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
What's new:
• Event dashboard with Sales, Kids and People: registrations count as sales, kids tickets are shown on their own, and People shows how close you are to capacity.
• Couple tickets count as one sale for two people.
• Away from event day, door and box office move to the end of the dashboard. On event day they're back on top.
• Conversion rate with one decimal.
• Stability improvements.
