How many posts, tons or yards? Don't walk it. Tap the corners on the satellite map and AreaMap measures it and counts every material you need. AreaMap measures the area and perimeter of any piece of land from a crisp satellite map. Tap the corners of a field, yard or lot, or walk the boundary with GPS, and see the size instantly in acres, hectares, square feet or square meters. MEASURE BY TAPPING Search for an address, a place or coordinates, then tap the corners. Drag any corner to adjust it, add a point on any side, and undo or redo as you go. Side lengths are labeled on the map. WALK THE BOUNDARY WITH GPS Walk or drive around the edge and AreaMap records your path, even with the screen locked. Pause when you need to, and the shape closes when you finish. MORE THAN AREA • Distance: measure fence runs, roads and property lines • Circle: size up a pivot, a pond or a radius • Marker: drop a pin and copy its exact coordinates • Satellite, hybrid and standard maps, plus 3D views SEE IT BEFORE YOU GO Look around at street level wherever Apple has imagery, or tilt into a 3D view of the land. ESTIMATE MATERIALS Work out fence posts and rails, sod, seed, mulch, soil, gravel and concrete from the shape you measured. SAVE, REPORT AND EXPORT • Save measurements with names, notes, color groups and photos • Share a PDF report with a map, scale, side lengths, coordinates, material estimates and photos • Export KML for Google Earth, GPX, GeoJSON, CSV or a map image Built for farmers, landowners, hunters, real estate agents, landscapers, fencing and construction crews, and anyone who needs to know how big a piece of land is. IN YOUR LANGUAGE AreaMap is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Turkish and Indonesian, and shows hectares and meters wherever they're the norm. AREAMAP PRO You can explore the map and draw shapes for free. Seeing measurement results, saving, walking a boundary, reports, exports and material estimates need AreaMap Pro. AreaMap Pro is billed yearly or monthly; the price for your country, and any free trial, are shown in the app before you subscribe. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the trial ends if you start one. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Terms of Use: https://areamap.app/terms Privacy Policy: https://areamap.app/privacy AreaMap measurements come from map imagery and GPS and are estimates. They are not a legal survey. For boundary disputes, sales or permits, use a licensed surveyor.

I can finally say that we’re living in a futuristic era, now I don’t gotta do bunch of different things to get the measurements and it’s very efficient and effective since tool’s within my phone. This was worth it, not for everyone but as long it’s justifiable.

This is useful. Can’t wait to use it on my workplace. Should make work little bit more manageable.
