Ghost has an excellent desktop editor and no iPhone app of its own. Nib is a native companion for your own Ghost publication, so an idea can reach your site before you get back to your desk. Nib talks directly to your self-hosted or Ghost(Pro) site through the official Ghost Admin API. Your content and credentials stay between your iPhone and your server. Anything you post there is public and is distributed to other servers. AI HELP THAT STAYS ON YOUR IPHONE Nib can suggest alt text for an image and offer writing edits. By default this runs on the device with Apple Intelligence, on iPhones that support it, with no key and nothing leaving your iPhone. If you prefer Google's cloud model, add your own Gemini API key in Settings and choose it there. Nothing is sent when you attach an image, save a draft or publish; an image goes out only when you ask for a description, scaled down and stripped of its location and camera metadata. Suggestions are always yours to edit, keep or delete. Nib never publishes one on its own. NIB PRO Nib has no servers and never sees your writing, so there is nothing to rent you. Pro funds the work of keeping a small, independent app current with Ghost and with iOS, and unlocks the publishing workflows built on top of that: - Up to five Ghost blogs, each fully isolated - Scheduled publishing - Send posts as newsletters and edit newsletter settings - Authors, revisions and reusable post templates - Members, tiers and offers - Static pages - Full tag management - Preset theme accents and a per-account emoji avatar Choose monthly, yearly, or a one-time lifetime purchase; the App Store shows prices in your own currency. Monthly and yearly plans may start with a free trial for eligible new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel them in your Apple Account settings.
