Fabric Belt Splice designs vulcanized step and finger splices for fabric-ply conveyor belts. Choose PIW, EP or straight-warp belt construction, dimensions, bias and direction. The drawing shows the plan, section, layers, dimensions and press.
Compare splice tables, inspect stress and pulley bending, and simulate heating, holding and cooling in the vulcanizing press. Review materials and print step-by-step splice instructions. Create a narrated or silent film of the build, inspect the 3D model and, on iPhone or iPad, place the splice in the room at its real size.
The free download shows worked examples, including analysis and a press run. A monthly subscription unlocks your own belt and dimensions, rule and press edits, file export and your own design in augmented reality. Eligible new subscribers may receive a free trial; the App Store shows the current price and eligibility. Manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple account settings.
Work in 39 language and region choices, with metric or imperial units and Latin digits. No account with Maven Software is required. Engineering guidance must be checked against the belt, kit and press makers' instructions.
