Share it with your partner or keep it private — your choice, every time. GOALS YOU BOTH AGREE TO Small, specific goals, suggested from what you've shared or written by either of you. Nothing goes active until you've both said yes. Missing a day never resets anything. A WEEKLY PULSE Nine quick questions about connection, communication, repair, and appreciation. See each other's answers side by side — only once you've both finished. A PRIVATE JOURNAL Write down what happened, what you felt, and what you needed.
