ShowText writes out your comms as they happen. Each channel gets its own name and color, every line gets a time, and anything you missed on headset is there to scroll back to.
CHANNELS
• Up to 32 channels, each from any input on any audio interface, including Dante Virtual Soundcard
• Name each channel and pick its color
• Everything is transcribed on the Mac itself. No internet needed, nothing leaves the building
GROUPS
• Put channels into Groups, like Show Call, Audio or Production, and see just that conversation
• Click a channel to see only that channel
REMOTES
• Your iPhone, iPad or another Mac follows along over the show network
• One 4-digit passcode, and you approve each new device before it can follow along
• A remote gets the whole history, then the live text
• A remote can talk back as its own channel: hold TALK to speak, or type a line
SETLIST
• Build your set with key, BPM, length, timecode and color-coded department notes
• A MIDI note from your playback rig moves the show to the right song, on every screen
• Each song change drops a marker into the transcript
TRANSLATION
• Each channel has its spoken language, and lines are shown in yours, translated on the device
AND
• The transcript keeps until you clear it
• Save your channels and Groups to a file and load them on another Mac
