Kuroneko's Season Atelier
Craft Japan's seasonal events
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Christmas, New Year and Setsubun are here. Paint and decorate seasonal events held in Japan with Kuroneko the black cat, and learn their words in 30 languages.
Kuroneko's Season Atelier is a creative app for enjoying seasonal events held in Japan by learning, making and decorating. It includes four events: Halloween, Christmas, New Year and Setsubun.
■ Events change with the date
The app opens on the event of the season. When a new season comes, it asks before switching, so nothing changes while you are in the middle of a craft. You can choose any event at any time.
■ Paint and decorate
Trace with your finger to paint. It never goes outside the lines. Decorate the front and the back with stickers and paw prints.
・Halloween: Pumpkin, Ghost, Bat
・Christmas: Tree, Cookie, Stocking
・New Year: Kagami mochi, Kite, Daruma
・Setsubun: Oni mask, Okame mask, Bean box
You can make a black cat in every season.
■ A 3D lantern
Carve eyes and a mouth into the Halloween pumpkin and spin it in 3D. Turn off the light and the carved holes flicker and glow.
■ Decorate your rooms
Place your creations and stickers in your rooms and show them to your family. Turn off the light and stars, candles and other decorations glow. Make as many rooms as you like and change the wallpaper. Kuroneko the black cat wanders in to play.
■ Picture book and 30 languages
See and hear the names of the crafts and stickers, with simple explanations, in 30 languages. The story of each event can be read in every language too, and the whole app can be played in any of them.
■ Peace of mind
No ads, no account and no network connection. Your artworks stay on your device, and nothing is deleted by an accidental long press.
