Your clients read and sign on the studio iPad, one big question at a time, and you keep the day's bookings, deposits and the paperwork a health inspector asks for, without an account and without a cut of your money. NEVER DIES IN THE MIDDLE OF A BUSY DAY • Works 100% offline. No account, no login, nothing to sign out of. • Kiosk mode: clients can't leave the form without your Face ID or passcode. • Every answer is saved as it is entered. If the app closes, the form opens where the client left off. PAPERWORK READY FOR THE INSPECTOR • Consent form and health questionnaire signed on the iPad, with initials on each line. • Photo ID, date of birth check and an optional parent or guardian flow for minors. • Session record: body placement on a diagram, inks and needles with lot numbers and expiry, before and after photos. • One PDF per client with the signed form, session details, photos and a SHA-256 fingerprint. Print it or share it. • Retention period you set, with a list of records to destroy when it passes. • Password protected backup file you keep, and direct iPad to iPad transfer. DEPOSITS ARE YOURS • Record deposits by cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, card at your shop or your own payment link. • Send a deposit request with your policy and your link from Messages. • Your policy, applied in one tap when a client reschedules: "Deposit transfers. 1 of 1 reschedules used." • Monthly totals: received, applied, held, forfeited and refunded. CSV export for your accountant.
