LogistiX puts your courier in your pocket. Track your packages, upload invoices, pay your bill and get alerts the moment something changes, all from one app.
LogistiX is the mobile companion to the LogistiX platform used by freight forwarders, couriers and skybox operators shipping between the United States and Jamaica. Sign in with the account your courier gave you, and the app shows the screens that match your role: skybox customer, shipper or driver.
FOR SKYBOX CUSTOMERS
- How to Ship: your US shipping address and Box # ready to copy into any online store
- Upload invoices: snap a photo of a receipt or attach a PDF so packages don't get held up at customs
- Track packages: follow each package from Received to Warehouse, In Transit, Arrived, Ready and Delivered
- Search by warehouse receipt (WR) number or the original carrier tracking number
- See at a glance what's at the warehouse, what's in transit and what you owe
- Pay invoices securely by card, one at a time or several at once
- Get alerts when a package is received, shipped, arrived, delayed, ready for pickup or out for delivery
FOR SHIPPERS
- See all your Air and Sea shipments with route, vessel or flight, ETA and weight
- Open any HAWB or dock receipt for consignee, pieces and charges
- Follow scheduled pickups, time windows and assigned drivers
- Review balances and pay invoices online

SECURE AND PRIVATE
- Each courier's data is kept in its own private database
- You see only your own packages, shipments and invoices
- Card payments are processed by Stripe. LogistiX never stores your card number
- No ads and no third-party tracking
- Drivers' location is used only while the route screen is open, and never for customers or shippers
