Smoother follow-up and emergency tools. Department users can now work a report from the app: Start work, then Mark resolved with an after-photo and a short note; Quality verifies and closes it or reopens it. New Emergency screen: large colour-coded emergency codes set by your organization (for example Code Red or Code Blue); press and hold to send. The people your administrator chooses get a loud alarm with a spoken voice. Your organization can also add its own questions to the report form. Cleaner top bar, faster start on large sites, and many fixes.
