Neon Rage is a fast, music-driven arcade game in glowing vector neon. Every planet mixes three kinds of play into one run: a cavern landing, a convoy defense and a high-speed rock field in deep space. LAND. DEFEND. SURVIVE. • Descend - steer your lander through tight neon caverns, watch your fuel and touch down on the pad. • Defend - warheads rain down on your convoy. Fire interceptors, chain blasts together and unleash your NOVA charge when the sky fills up. • Blast - break out into the rock field for a bonus round of rocks, saucers, mine layers and hunters. A CAMPAIGN ACROSS THE STARS Plot your own path across a branching map of nine planets. Harder planets pay better rewards, so every route is a choice between risk and reward. Collect salvage, dock at Depots to repair and refit, and build up your convoy before the final fight with a huge alien mothership. Beat it, then take on New Game+. BUILD YOUR CONVOY Fit each vehicle with its own armour plating and a module: Flak Turret, Shield Emitter, Wingman Dock or Decoy. Upgrade your missile battery with a bigger blast radius, faster interceptors, extra launchers and the HYPERDRIVE, which launches your whole convoy forward out of danger. ENDLESS MODES • Deep Descent - an endless lander dive with checkpoints and fuel canisters. • Last Stand - endless convoy defense with all six vehicles. • Rock Storm - endless waves of rocks and enemies in space. • Weekly Challenge - a seeded run with locked rules and its own leaderboard. FEEL THE MUSIC The visuals pulse with the soundtrack. Turn up the trip effects and the music speed to push your score multiplier higher, if you can still see straight.
