Manifest the life you want, and make your dreams come true. Over 1,100 affirmations written for your goals, a gentle journal and a vision board that grows with you.
Your dream life starts here.
Sena is a calm, beautiful place to practice manifestation every day. Choose what you're calling in — love, money, career, confidence, peace of mind, friendship, a home, travel — and Sena gives you affirmations written for exactly that, a breathing practice, a two-minute journal and a vision board you'll actually look at.
AFFIRMATIONS THAT SOUND LIKE YOU
• 1,100+ affirmations across 23 goals and moods — written to be believable, never cheesy
• Themes for the moments in between: morning, evening, anxious nights, heartbreak, boundaries, body love, before a big moment
• Save the lines that land and come back to them anytime
A FEW QUIET MINUTES
• Breathe with your affirmations: the circle fills as you breathe in and empties as you let go
• A soft chime tells you when you're done
A VISION BOARD FOR EVERY GOAL
• One row for each thing you're manifesting, every picture named for what it stands for
• Add your own photos, rename them, reorder, make it yours
A JOURNAL THAT FEELS LIKE A DIARY
• A new question every day, a mood, three small gratitudes — two minutes
• Add a photo of the day and keep it like a polaroid on the page
• See your month in colour, your streak and the manifestations that have arrived
GENTLE REMINDERS AND WIDGETS
• Choose how many reminders you want and the hours they arrive in
• Today's affirmation on your Home Screen and Lock Screen
• Pick the app icon that feels like you
