Arizar Track is the attendance app for employees of companies that use Arizar Track. Clock in and out from your phone, check your work hours and handle your requests without paper forms or lines.
Your account is created by your company. If you don't have one yet, ask your HR department.
CLOCK IN IN SECONDS
• Record your clock-in and clock-out with one tap. Your location confirms where you clocked in, and the time is recorded by your company's server.
• Log your lunch break and get a reminder when it's over.
YOUR WORKDAY, CLEAR
• See your history day by day: clock-in, clock-out, late arrivals and justifications.
• Check your schedule and shift. Your company sets them; you just view them.
• Track your punctuality streaks and see where you stand in your team's ranking.
PAPERLESS REQUESTS
• Justify a late arrival by telling your branch what happened, with proof if needed.
• Request time off and leave, attach documents and follow the status of each request.
FOR FIELD WORKERS
• Log your client visits with the outcome, amount collected, notes and photos. Works even without signal: it syncs automatically later.
• If your company enables it for your role, route backup saves your location during your workday, from clock-in to clock-out, even with the app closed. It helps back up your work and lets your company help you if your battery runs out or you leave your area. Before starting, the app explains it and asks for your permission. It's optional: if you decline, you can still clock in. Continued use of location in the background can reduce battery life.
REMINDERS AND CONVENIENCE
• Reminders to clock in and a notice when your lunch break ends.
• Available in 10 languages: Spanish, English, Chinese, Hindi, Arabic, French, Bengali, Portuguese, Russian and Urdu.
• Light and dark mode, plus optional Face ID lock.
YOUR PRIVACY
Your data is seen by your company; it is never sold or used for advertising. You can request deletion of your account from My Profile or at arizartrack.com/eliminar-cuenta. Privacy policy: arizartrack.com/privacidad.
