EspaldUp uses your AirPods' motion to notice when you tilt your head and send reminders to help you care for your posture. EspaldUp helps you notice sustained changes in head position during a posture session. Wear compatible AirPods, calibrate a natural neutral posture, and choose a session length that fits your day. Compatible AirPods: AirPods (3rd generation), AirPods 4 (including models with Active Noise Cancellation), AirPods Pro, and AirPods Max models that provide head-motion data. • Calibrate a neutral position that feels natural to you. • Choose a 15, 30, 45, or 60-minute session. • Get clear posture guidance and correction and recovery feedback. • Continue a finite session while your iPhone is locked, subject to iOS background availability. • Review elapsed time, posture-state time, adjustments, and recoveries when the session ends, including when you end it early. • Use English or Spanish and adjust feedback preferences in Settings. Requires iOS 26 or later and AirPods that provide head-motion data. Bluetooth must be enabled, and motion access is required for monitoring. The app checks device capability; ordinary Bluetooth audio connectivity alone is not sufficient. Posture processing stays on your device. EspaldUp has no account, cloud posture history, or posture-data advertising targeting. A small optional advertisement may appear only on the session summary. Google advertising and privacy services use the network and may process advertising, device, and network information according to their privacy settings. Session results remain available when no ad loads. Notifications are optional. Delivery, sounds, and audio routing depend on iOS settings and connected devices. iOS may stop background work; EspaldUp does not guarantee uninterrupted monitoring. EspaldUp provides posture guidance based on head position, not a measurement of your entire spine. It is not a medical device, diagnosis, treatment, or ergonomic certification.
