Review a Move later proposal before accepting it, keep your original time, or undo an accepted change. Optional Calendar access shows existing events as read-only commitments; Aevia does not edit or delete them. FOCUS Start, pause, and resume the same focus session. Paused time is excluded from active duration. Finish saves your completed session; Discard removes that session without treating the task as completed. AREAS & GOALS Organize the areas of your life, add goals, and link your items and tasks to them. Keep your focus history connected to what matters to you. SLEEP & ENERGY Set your own sleep target and day boundaries. With optional Health access, view recent sleep and locally calculated energy estimates. Missing measurements stay missing: a gap is not treated as zero. Energy is an estimate, not a medical assessment. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account is required. Your planning data is stored on your device. Calendar, Health, and voice permissions are optional. Voice recognition runs on device when supported; unavailable features do not require a cloud account. Aevia supports iPhone with iOS 17 or later. Availability of optional on-device assistance and voice features depends on your device and iOS settings.
