See who owes you, how much and since when, and get paid sooner. YOUR BOOKS, CLEAR AT A GLANCE • Everything owed to you on one screen, biggest accounts first • Each customer's full history of debts, payments and cheques • Swipe a customer to record a debt or a payment in seconds • Accounts with no payment for two months are flagged for you • Every change is listed in Activity, and money entries can be undone CHEQUES, ON TIME • Post-dated cheques with their due date, bank and number • A notification the day before a cheque is due • Mark it cleared or bounced: a bounced cheque goes straight back on the account REMINDERS THAT GET YOU PAID • Polite monthly reminders on WhatsApp, in a friendly, neutral or formal tone • Each customer gets a link to their own statement page • Messages go out in your customer's language: English, Arabic or Hebrew • Set a debt limit per customer, as a warning or a hard stop WAFI ON WHATSAPP (OPTIONAL) Prefer to type or talk? YOUR TEAM AND YOUR DATA • Add the people who record for you; every entry shows who made it • Get a backup of your books by email as an Excel file, daily, weekly or monthly • Delete your account and all its data from the app at any time Wafi works in English, Arabic and Hebrew, in your own currency and time zone. Sign in with Apple, Google, your email or your WhatsApp number. SUBSCRIPTION Setting up your books is free. To keep using Wafi, subscribe to Wafi Monthly, an auto-renewing monthly subscription. The price is shown in the app before you buy and is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
