Every life runs on real data: 3.7 million rows from 3,298 sources. Where will the birth lottery drop you today? Born somewhere. Live once. Mediocre Life Story drops you into a real place and year between 1930 and today, and lets you live a whole life with the odds people there actually faced. You might be a farmer's daughter in 1950s India, a programmer's son in 1990s Seoul, or a girl born into a war. You don't choose. Neither did anyone else. Most lives are ordinary. That's the point. There's no fantasy here: just the birth lottery as it really works, and one life to see how far it can go. BUILT ON REAL DATA Every year of every life runs on a world database of 3.7 million rows from 3,298 sources: UN population and life tables, the World Bank, the World Health Organization, conflict records, migration and visa data, and hundreds of studies. Your chance of surviving each year, the wars you live through, the jobs you can get, when people around you marry, whether you can leave: all of it follows the real statistics of your country, your era and your circumstances. REAL CHOICES, REAL ODDS • School, work, love, family, money, migration, war and illness, one decision at a time • Moments that fit your age: love and careers in your twenties and thirties, business in your forties, health and legacy later • Different cultures, different rules: some families arrange marriages, others date for years • When a life ends, see exactly how likely that death was, and how much of it was the dice MAKE IT YOURS • Choose a dream in your teens (live abroad, raise a family, build a business) and chase it • Three actions a year: work out, learn a language, travel, go on a date, buy a lottery ticket • Rewind a decision you regret and choose again • Replay any turning point with "What if?" and see the life you didn't live • Consciousness: the more you learn, the more you see, from hidden choices to the odds behind them SCORE YOUR LIFE Every life ends with a score and a title: The Climber, The Wanderer, The Survivor, Gone Too Soon. Your best life is kept, and Today's Life gives everyone the same birth each day. Free to play with ads. A one-time No Ads purchase removes every ad.
