NEVER MISS AN ORDER A new order rings with a loud sound — even when the phone is on silent — until someone accepts or declines it. Keep a tablet at the counter or get notified on your phone. ACCEPT IN ONE TAP Pick when the food will be ready: 15, 20, 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Can’t take it? Choose the reason — the customer sees it right away. FROM KITCHEN TO DOOR Cooking, ready, courier at the restaurant, picked up, delivered — every step updates the customer’s app and Lock Screen. Orders shared with a linked restaurant show whether the courier is already there. EVERYTHING ON THE CARD Dishes with options and comments, the customer’s phone, the address with a map pin, payment method and change, and the resident card when a resident discount was used. SOLD OUT? SWITCH IT OFF The stop list turns off a dish, a whole category or a single option in a second — and back on when it’s in stock again. Busy evening? Pause new orders. CHAT WITH THE CUSTOMER Clarify an order without leaving the app. FOR OWNERS Weekly statements with the invoice (PDF) and all orders (Excel). Create coupon codes with an end date or a usage limit and see every order that used them. Several restaurants? Switch between them in one tap. Access is given by the restaurant owner or Tamam.
