Key Features
• Room scanning: Capture rooms in 3D in just a few minutes. Walls, doors, windows and furniture are detected automatically.
• Balconies & terraces: Scan outdoor areas separately. The floor area is detected automatically, even around furniture and plants.
• Complete floor plans: Scan several rooms on a floor, and ALPHA combines them into one 3D floor plan with every room in the right place.
• Organized by project: Structure each property into floors and rooms, with property type, address and the room type of each scan.
• Outdoor area weighting: Choose how much each balcony or terrace counts toward the living area (e.g. 25% or 50%).
• Photo documentation: Add photos to every scan so each room is documented visually.
• Send with one tap: Transfer your finished project, with all scans, floor plans and photos, directly to ALPHA.
• Scan anywhere: Projects are saved on your device, and you can send them whenever you're ready.
Based on your scans, ALPHA creates professional documentation: Floor area calculations in accordance with WoFlV and DIN 277, sales-optimized floor plans, and additional building documents.
