Track your runs, review your progress, and share motivation with a small Running Circle. Choose a distance, duration, or pace goal. Record your GPS route, distance, elapsed time, and pace. Connect a compatible Bluetooth heart-rate monitor to follow your pulse and time in heart-rate zones. After a run, save the results with an optional photo and voice note. Explore your run history, insights, achievements, and personal records. Set a weekly distance goal and follow your progress. Invite up to three friends to your Running Circle, take part in weekly challenges, and pass a running relay. Circle participants can see your profile name, avatar, weekly distance, and relevant relay-leg information. Your GPS routes, run photos, and voice notes remain private to your account. With notifications enabled, receive updates about friends' completed runs, your completed weekly challenge, accepted circle invitations, and relay invitations addressed to you. YPulse also includes widgets, Live Activity, optional protection for run history using device authentication, and account deletion in Profile. An internet connection is required for cloud features. Run recording pauses when the app goes into the background or loses its connection. Heart-rate recording requires a compatible Bluetooth heart-rate monitor. YPulse is a fitness app and does not provide medical diagnosis.
