PREMIUM: A ONE-TIME PURCHASE Process batches of up to 500 documents per workspace, organize files into category folders, and export recognized text as plain text. No subscription. The current regional price appears before purchase. YOUR FILES STAY UNDER YOUR CONTROL Confirm the destination before filing. Existing files are not overwritten. Changed files are protected when undoing operations. Copy mode keeps the originals in place. OCR and filename analysis happen on your Mac. No document uploads, advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs. Workspace text and file-access bookmarks are stored locally for reopening; operation history remains available for undo. Supports PDFs and common image formats. Recognition quality depends on document quality and the languages supported by macOS. Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first. Requires macOS 14 or later.
