Baktam is auto repair shop software for independent repair shops, garages and service centers. Check in vehicles, write repair orders, take online bookings, get customer approvals, sell parts and take payments in one app — from the service bay, the front counter or the lot.
The mobile app uses the same account as the Baktam web panel, so owners, service advisors, technicians and cashiers all work from the same up-to-date shop data.
VEHICLE CHECK-IN & REPAIR ORDERS
• Look up vehicles by license plate or VIN; scan the VIN barcode at check-in
• Record the customer's concern, odometer reading, fuel level and damage photos
