Your ZeitRide fleet, trips and dispatch — on your phone. ZeitRide Admin is the companion app for administrators at transportation providers who run their operations on ZeitRide. See your fleet at a glance: which vehicles are active, which drivers are signed in to the driver app, when each vehicle was last active, and what needs attention. Open the live map to see where every vehicle is right now. Manage trips from anywhere: create a trip using your company's own trip form, assign or reassign a driver from a ranked list that already accounts for schedules and vehicle capacity, and check a driver's day. Keep vehicles road-ready: add compliance records such as registrations, inspections and insurance, and log maintenance, with the same rules as the web dashboard. For companies using ZeitRide dash cams, check camera status, watch live footage from your own vehicles, adjust camera settings, and choose which events notify your team. ZeitRide Admin requires an active ZeitRide company account. Sign in with your Company ID and your ZeitRide credentials.
