DropX Pulse
Live parcel operations
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
DropX Pulse is the operations app for DropX staff and partner service centres. It needs a DropX Pulse account; there is no public sign-up.
TODAY — dropped off, picked up and delivered so far on the operating day, each with a dial, a pace verdict against a typical day, and the projected close.
SCAN — point the camera at a parcel label to open the parcel: status, the drop-off shop, the carrier's planned legs and the full event timeline. Type the tracking number if the label is damaged.
ROUTES — the day's pickup routes, searchable by route, driver, DSP or shop, with the stops on a map coloured by outcome, the driver's proof photos and notes, and the parcels on each collection.
SHOPS — the drop-off shops nearest to you, with opening hours, the parcels waiting for collection, and recent driver visits.
NOTIFICATIONS — the hourly operations snapshot and other reporting messages, each with its own switch.
WIDGETS — today's counts on the home screen and the lock screen.
Sign in with your DropX Pulse email and password, then with Face ID.
