Linebook - Green Linebel is the shop book for a small store where regulars take goods now and pay later. It keeps the page the way a paper ledger always did — name, date, what was taken, what came back — and does the counting for you: the balance of every patron, how long each debt has stood open, and what the day brought in.
Write an entry once and the rest follows. Goods picked from the shelf leave the stock, the patron's balance moves, and payments close the oldest entries first, so the age of every debt stays honest.
WHAT YOU GET
• Patrons — everyone who buys on credit, with a photo, phone and address notes, a start date, an optional credit limit and your own five-step mark; search by name and see who is past 30 days
• Entries — credit, payment, cash sale or a correction, built from shelf items or written by hand, with a warning when a limit is passed or the shelf runs short
• Day — today's takings, debts paid in and credit let out, a 14-day bar chart and a Close the day button that keeps the totals
• Stock — every item with unit, price, cost, quantity, margin and a low mark, plus how much moved in 30 days and who takes it most often
• Ledger — one patron's page as a column of entries with a PAID stamp on settled ones, a debt line over time, the year at a glance and the payment rhythm: usual days to settle, share paid within 30 days and the trend
• Books — takings, margin, average sale and credit share by week, month or quarter, debt ageing in 0-7, 8-30, 31-60 and 60+ day groups, the list of debtors and every closed day
• Remind — a polite message with the open amount and date, ready to send through the share sheet
