Make photo labels for storage boxes, school supplies, toys and everyday belongings. Combine your own pictures and words, choose the labels you need, then preview, export or print from your iPhone or iPad.
START WITH A LABEL
Create a blank label, take a photo, or choose a picture from your library. No folder is required. You can also start with an example from Fruit, Stationery, Toys or Home and edit your own copy.
YOUR PICTURES AND WORDS
Add a title, an optional subtitle and the number of copies. Crop, zoom or rotate the picture. Choose a photo-and-text layout, fonts and colors. Try on-device background removal, or turn it off to keep the original photo. Cutouts can have a colored outline, a soft shadow and a transparent or solid background.
CHOOSE WHAT TO PRINT
Print one label or select several, including labels from different folders. Each selected label includes its copies. Use Select all when you want every label in the current list. An empty selection never prints the whole collection.
SET THE SIZE BEFORE PRINTING
Enter label width and height directly in the print preview, in millimeters with decimal values. Apply the size to arrange the selected labels and copies on the paper. These changes affect only this print job. For individual sizes, positions or pages, open Adjust layout and use Free layout.
PAPER, PDF AND AIRPRINT
Choose US Letter or A4 in portrait or landscape. Use a grid or arrange copies freely, including different sizes on one sheet. Grid controls include margins, gaps, print offsets and skipping used spaces on the first sheet. Preview the generated PDF, export it, or print with an available AirPrint-compatible printer.
ORGANIZE WHEN YOU NEED TO
Keep labels in Unfiled or create optional folders. Move one label or a selection between folders. Deleting a folder keeps its labels in Unfiled. Duplicate labels, import names from CSV in a folder workspace, and export or restore editable backups through Files.
ONE PAID DOWNLOAD
All features are included, with no subscriptions or in-app purchases. No LabelNest account is required. Photo processing, label editing and PDF generation run on your device. You choose when to share, export or print; LabelNest does not automatically sync your library.
Background removal depends on the image and device. A clear subject against a contrasting background works best; the original photo remains an option. Direct printing requires a compatible AirPrint printer. Test on plain paper at 100% scale before using label stock. Generic layouts are not certified for particular brands of pre-cut label paper.
