UnboxProof: Unboxing Evidence
Parcel video & refund disputes
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Evidence starts before you open the box. Record the unboxing in guided steps, seal it with an independent timestamp, and send proof anyone can verify.
Record your unboxing before you touch the package, and keep evidence you can stand behind if the box holds the wrong item, a damaged product or nothing at all.
UnboxProof guides you through one continuous recording, seals it with an independent timestamp and turns it into evidence you can send to the seller or your bank, and that anyone can verify.
RECORD
- Guided steps, from the shipping label and the seals to the contents and the serial number, in one take with no pause button
- See every step before you start, with the next one always on screen
- One hand is enough: press a volume button to start and to move to the next step
- Several products in one box? Show each one, with its seals and serial number, in the product step
- A sealed product box you didn't open on camera? Record it separately; it's linked to the delivery
- Close-up mode for small print on supported iPhones, tap-to-focus, and a light for dark boxes
SEAL
- The video's SHA-256 fingerprint is timestamped by an independent RFC 3161 authority. Only the fingerprint leaves your device, never the video
- Offline? The app tries the seal again on its own once you're back online
- Verify a seal right on your device: the video, the authority's signature and its certificate are checked in one tap. Or check all your seals at once
- Whoever receives your evidence can verify the seal on a free web page, without the app and without uploading anything
RESOLVE
- Evidence package: the original video, its timestamp and verification steps in a single .zip file, so messaging apps don't re-compress the video and its fingerprint stays intact
- Sending it back? Record the return packing too: the product's condition, its serial number, the sealed box and the return label. It's linked to the unboxing, and the serial numbers are compared for you
- Return-window reminders and a simple weight check against the label
- Watch the video full screen, share it, or save a copy to Photos
UNBOXPROOF PRO (one-time purchase, no subscription)
- PDF evidence report with key frames, the fingerprint and how to verify it
- Photos from the video: the clearest frame of each step is picked for you, or choose any moment yourself
- Serial numbers and IMEIs suggested from the photos, plus Live Text to copy them
- Ready-to-edit complaint letters for the seller and your card issuer, in English and Turkish
- Case tracking, from contacting the seller to a card dispute or the consumer authority, with case numbers and follow-up reminders
Your first PDF report is free, so you can see what Pro adds.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, no ads, no tracking. Your videos, photos and case notes stay on your device.
Works on iPhone and iPad, in English and Turkish.
UnboxProof gives you evidence, not a guaranteed outcome. Whether it's accepted is up to the seller, the bank or the authority. Letters and case guidance are general information, not legal advice.
