Roomvow gives independent interior studios a beautiful place to gather selections, organize them by room and present the choices that move a project forward.

Build room by room proposals with clear totals. Export a polished PDF for your records or share a private review link with your client.
KEEP DECISIONS IN CONTEXT
Clients can approve a selection or request changes in their browser, with no app to install. Each response is recorded against the proposal version they saw, with the name they entered and the time of the response. Review links expire after 30 days, and you can revoke one at any time.
MADE FOR A SMALL STUDIO
Start with one active project at no cost. Publishing a client review uses a free studio account. Roomvow Studio membership lets you work across more active projects.
Roomvow Studio is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly; the yearly plan includes a 1-week free trial for eligible new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
Client responses record preferences. They are not verified signatures or purchase orders. Sample imagery and example projects are illustrative.

Ratings & Reviews

• Counts now read correctly, such as “1 room” and “1 selection”.
• Your studio stays signed in when you open Roomvow offline.
• Connection errors now appear in your language.
• A new selection no longer shows a delete button, and project, client and studio names always appear exactly as you typed them.
• On iPhone Duo, half-fold the phone to see your studio and the material library side by side.
