Rentology Home is the app for tenants whose property manager uses Rentology.
Pay rent in a few taps. You see exactly what you owe and when, and there is never a fee added on top. Hold the button to pay, so a pocket or a double tap never pays twice. Turn on autopay once and forget about it. Every payment has a receipt.
Report a repair the easy way. Tap a picture (leak, heat, power, appliance, pests, locks), add photos, and say what is wrong. If water is spreading or something smells like burning, the app tells you what to do first. Then follow your repair like a parcel: sent, scheduled, on the way, fixed.
Get answers fast. Ask about trash day, the Wi-Fi or the house rules and get an instant answer. Anything that needs a decision goes to a real person at your property manager, and you always see who replied.
Let people in. If your home has a smart lock, make a door code for a guest, the dog walker or a family visit, with a start and an end time, and share it by text.
Your lease in your pocket. See your lease dates, answer a renewal offer with one tap, ask for a different price, or give notice when you move out. Your documents are one tap away.
Made for everyone: large buttons, large text, and English, Spanish, German and Mandarin. The app shows your property manager's own logo and colour.
You sign in with the mobile number on your lease. Your property manager must use Rentology.
