Know what is inside every light—and what was there before. BeamLedger is a private collection and build-history log for physical flashlights. Give each light its own record, even when you own several of the same model. Add photos, purchase and storage details, then capture its current emitter, CCT, CRI, tint, driver, optics, firmware or UI, battery label, modifier and notes. When a configuration changes, create a new revision from an existing one. Earlier revisions remain intact, so you can compare builds field by field or copy an old setup into a new revision. Record installed parts separately from available stock, and keep beamshots with distance and exposure notes. Find a light by name, model or current configuration. Search terms such as 2700K, 21700, an emitter name or firmware label, and save filters you use often. Your ledger and photos are available on iPhone, iPad and Mac; when iCloud is available, they sync through your private iCloud account. You can keep working offline. Free to start: add up to five lights, with revision history, parts and search available. A one-time Lifetime Unlock removes the light limit and enables CSV export, single-light PDF reports, full ZIP backups and replacement restore. There is no subscription. BeamLedger records information you enter. It is not a flashlight app for your phone's LED, a light meter, a battery-compatibility checker or a modification guide.
