One thing at a time. A little more room to think. FocusX is a simple to-do list and daily planner built around one question: what are you working on right now? Plan the bigger picture, choose one task, and let the rest wait. Your current task gets its own space, against a sky that changes with the time of day. Finish it, and it becomes a star. MAKE BIG GOALS MANAGEABLE Break a goal into projects and projects into tasks. Decide what belongs today, what can wait until later in the week, and what you want to do now. SEE YOUR PLANS AT A GLANCE Switch between weekly and monthly views to see what is coming up. Keep tasks in a week without assigning a specific day, or move them as your plans change. KEEP YOUR CURRENT TASK IN SIGHT Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets put your task where you can see it. Live Activities keep it on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island on supported iPhones. You can also create a wallpaper from your current task and set up updates with Apple Shortcuts. SEE WHAT YOU HAVE DONE Each completed task adds a star to that day's sky. Look back at your finished tasks and the progress you have made, one small step at a time. BUILT TO HELP YOU PUT THE PHONE DOWN I made FocusX because I would pick up my phone to check a task and forget why I had opened it. I wanted a place to plan my days, then get back to what I meant to do. No feed to scroll. No leaderboard to climb. Open it, find your next step, and get on with your day. START FREE. ADD PLUS WHEN YOU NEED IT. The free version includes up to 100 tasks, goals and projects, planning views, and the Now view. FocusX Plus adds: • Unlimited tasks • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets • Live Activities and Dynamic Island support • Task wallpapers, with optional Shortcuts automations • iCloud sync across supported devices using the same Apple Account Choose an annual subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.
