Apou is a positive reinforcement app that helps parents encourage good habits through clear expectations, meaningful conversations and motivating rewards. At the end of each day, take a few minutes to reflect together on five important areas: • Home • School • Kindness • Hygiene • Listening Choose a smiley for each category to record the day. Positive actions earn points, helping your child see their progress and understand how everyday choices contribute to their goals. TURN PROGRESS INTO REWARDS Points accumulate over time and can be exchanged for rewards approved by the parent. Choose from Apou’s predefined reward ideas, remove those that do not suit your family, or create personalised rewards your child will be excited to work towards. Each reward has a clear point value, and visual progress indicators show how close your child is to earning it. Its scoring system intentionally gives greater weight to positive behaviour, encouraging progress rather than focusing on punishment. Apou can be used independently or alongside the Apou magnetic board. The physical board makes progress visual and tangible for children, while the app records scores, calculates balances, tracks trends and manages rewards. Celebrate effort. Encourage consistency.
