Escoba Uruguaya brings the classic Río de la Plata card game to your iPhone, played the way it's played at the family table. Play one card each turn. If it adds up to exactly 15 with cards on the table, sweep them up. Clear the whole table and you score an escoba! PLAY YOUR WAY • Against the computer at Easy, Medium or Hard • 2 or 3 players, or 2 vs 2 with a partner across the table • Online with friends and family through Game Center. Invite them from Messages, and bots fill any empty seats URUGUAYAN RULES • 40-card Spanish deck: Oros, Copas, Espadas and Bastos • Points for most cards, most Oros, the Siete de Oro, the sevens, and every escoba • Uruguayan opening rule: if the four opening cards add to 30, the dealer takes two escobas • Adjustable house rules: play to 15, 21 or 30, setenta or most sevens, mandatory capture, and an optional turn timer MADE FOR PLAYING • Drag or tap cards to play them • Easy mode shows the running sum and which cards make 15 • Hold an opponent to see which cards they threw; swipe down to peek at their last capture • Hand-drawn deck with a Uruguayan sun on the back, and a few surprises from a very tidy dog No ads, no accounts, no data collected.
