The directory is kept on your phone: every family and person opens at once, and it works without a signal. It refreshes quietly whenever you have one. Events in the admin area now show what's ahead, with past events a tap away. A calendar exported, edited for the months to come and loaded again moves and renames events instead of doubling them. The admin area gains a Help section: what each part does and what happens when you use it. Background checks, keys and fobs can be loaded from a spreadsheet, and smaller fixes throughout.

Signing in is simpler: enter your email address and tap the link we send. There is no church to pick first; the link knows your church. Your church office can write to the people who run Laos from the admin area, with ideas, problems or questions, and see the answers there. Emails from the office and from ministry leaders can go to any mix of groups and people. A ministry announcement can be emailed to members outside the ministry, written ahead of time, or sent as an email alone. The email preview can show any day the digest goes out. Fixes the bottom bar staying hidden after signing in, and smaller fixes throughout.

Bringing in your directory is easier: photos in the import zip are matched to families and people by their file names, and anything the app can't place with certainty is shown for you to confirm, with a thumbnail. Exports now name each photo after the family or person. A member's page ends with a link to their household. On a ministry's Serving list, dates already gone fall away so the next time anyone serves comes first. The app loads faster, shows what it last knew while it refreshes, and tells you when something couldn't be saved. Many smaller fixes throughout.

Home, Directory, Ministries and Prayer are now a tab bar along the bottom of the screen, where a thumb reaches. Next up: the nearest event at the top of Home, in your church's color. Your church's regular service times, on About us and week by week on Events and Home. A fuller iPad layout for the admin area, and the launch screen in neutral type. YouTube videos play inside the app again.

Your church's color: buttons, links, headings and the active tab follow it, in the light and the dark appearance, and the app icon comes in the same color. The church's name and logo in the header. Now on iPad, with the admin area laid out for the wide screen: the sections down the left, the page beside them. The office can print the whole directory as a PDF, with photos and a leadership page.

• Fixes for text boxes zooming the page on iPhone, and for a blank screen on iPad. • News: the office sees whether an emailed post went out, and can send it again. • Ministry events leave the ministry's page once their day has passed. • A green dot shows who has used the app recently, and leaders see how many of their team have. • Fixes and improvements.

• Ministries: each one you're in shows what's new since you last looked, and any serving spots still needing people. • Directory: a green dot shows who has used the app recently, and you can adjust which part of a photo its thumbnail shows. • News: post once and choose how it reaches people: on Home, by notification, by email. • Writing: what you type now looks the way it will show. • Fixes, including a blank screen on iPad.

• Ministries: each one you're in shows what's new since you last looked, and any serving spots still needing people. • Ministry pages: clearer separation between Announcements, Events & needs, Serving, Documents and Discussion. • Directory: adjust which part of a family photo or portrait shows in the thumbnail. • Fixes and improvements.

• Ministries: the ones you're in are listed at the top, with your role. • Directory: grown children are shown with their parents' family as well as their own household. • When two people share a name, lists show which family each one is in. • Fixes and improvements.

Serving regulars: leaders can set who serves on which weeks of the month (1st Sunday, 2nd Sunday…), and they're put on those dates automatically. My serving on Home shows the next two weeks, with More for the coming months. Pick a span of days on one calendar: tap the first day, then the last. "Remove me" makes it clear how to take yourself off a serving spot. Ministry emails say that replies go to the leader, and point to the group's Discussion for everyone. Today's Reading is ready the moment you open the app on a new day. You stay signed in reliably, even after the phone has been locked overnight. Fixes and refinements throughout.

One calendar: subscribe once and church events, your ministries' events and your serving appear in your phone's calendar, with choices on your profile. Ministry events can ask for volunteers, showing the whole time needed; members tap I can help. My serving on Home includes what your ministries need, in date order. News and group announcements can be archived and found again in Past news; posts can come down on a set date. Churches can arrange and hide what's on Home. The room calendar shows times the building is set aside. You stay signed in more reliably. Fixes and refinements throughout.

• Reserve a room: request the church building for your event, and see what the office decided. • Group discussions read like a text thread. Older messages fold away, and long threads load earlier replies when you ask. • Get a notification when someone posts or replies in your groups' discussions (Group discussions, in your notification settings). • Directory: children who are members show the ~, a child with a different surname shows it, people appear by the name they go by, and each family is listed in its own order. • Birthdays are month and day only: no one's age is stored. • Reset your calendar links from Subscribe if you've shared one by mistake. • Easier to read in dark mode, and typing in a field no longer zooms the page. • This Week on the home screen always shows whole days. • Pages show what they had straight away, and say why if something can't load. • For the church office: rename groups, set each family's order, email an urgent prayer request to everyone, see the room calendar, and hold automatic emails while testing. • Office and admin password sign-ins now confirm with a code sent by email. • Your sign-in is kept in your iPhone's secure keychain. • Missionary newsletters open in the app instead of downloading.

Serving schedules: ministries set up roles, leaders assign or leave spots open, members take spots, mark away dates and get reminders, with a My serving page and calendar subscription. Dark mode and larger text. Search across news, events, sermons, missionaries, groups, pages and people. News can be scheduled. Tap a phone number to call or text. Fixes and refinements throughout.

Links from church emails open right in the app. Richer posts and emails: centred text, pictures at a set size, names linked to the directory, and addresses, phone numbers and emails that are tappable. Standing content for the digest, saved block by block.

• Missionaries: each missionary has their own page with every update, newest first, and newsletters can be read as PDFs • Pictures: a church picture library in the editor's Picture button • Email: the digest can go on several days, with standing content and a subject line; messages can be scheduled and kept as templates • Group emails reply to the person who sent them • Small fixes

• Household photos: an adult in the household can submit a new family photo from the household's card; the church office approves it • Small fixes

• Posts can include pictures and formatting: news, events, group announcements and messages, in the app and in the church's emails • The church's QR code takes you straight to the App Store, or into the app if it's installed • Directory: the A–Z index stays in place while you scroll • Choose whether to get the church's email digest, under Notifications on your profile • Sign-in fixes on iPad and when more than one sign-in email was requested

• Church Settings → Features: the church office can turn off the sections the church doesn't use • Admin home has a Notifications box alongside the other sections • Small fixes and improvements

• Notifications: a bell lists your recent alerts, and the app icon shows how many are unread • Prayer requests are grouped under New Requests, Continued Prayer and Pray for our Missionaries • Birthdays and anniversaries start from the current month • Events can have an end time • Sign-in emails include a code as well as a link • Changes to your own directory details are reviewed by the church office before they appear • A cleaner header; Sign out has moved to your profile page
