Audit Manager
Field audits, made simple
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Ceva Audit Manager helps Ceva teams carry out structured audits on site, from preparation to final report, directly on a phone or tablet.
Pick a customer, choose the right audit template and work through it section by section. A progress bar for each chapter and for the whole audit shows how much is left. Every answer is saved on the device, so you can keep working
with no network connection and sync once you are back online.
CAPTURE EVERYTHING ON SITE
• Many answer types: yes/no, numbers, dates and times, free text, calculated values and drop-down lists (products, lots, equipment, structures, species, pathogens and more)
• Photos, file attachments and comments on any question or section
• Signatures collected directly on the screen
• Non-conformances flagged as you go, with follow-up tasks assigned on the spot
REVIEW AND REPORT
• Preview the audit before closing it: summary, conformance overview, open tasks and results
• Instant scoring with an overall score, conformance chart and per-section results
• Generate the audit report in the language of your choice
STAY ON TOP OF YOUR WORK
• Home dashboard with scheduled audits, average account scores and score trends
• Agenda of planned visits and audits
• Customer view with each account's audit history and non-conformances
• Audit list grouped by status or by auditor
• Built-in trainings, help guide and notifications
